Credit Cards: We only keep credit card numbers on file as long as you request your account to remain open. Your monthly conference call usage is calculated at the end of each month and charged to your credit card during the first few days of the following month. While your account remains open your financial information is stored in a secure encrypted database and cannot be printed or exported. If your service is discontinued your credit card information is deleted.

Online Orders: When you order our service online, the credit card number is encrypted. When your service is discontinued your information is deleted.

We are consumers too. We do not like receiving spam or junk mail any more than you do.
