Recording Instructions for conference call leaders
1. Upon entering the conference, the leader may press *2 to begin the recording at any time.
2. The system will prompt you to enter the "Conference File Number". Enter any number you choose, to "name" your conference. Save this number. It will be required for playback.
3. When recording is complete enter *2 to end recording.

Playback Instructions
1. Create a conference in the usual way. (Dial-in and enter your conference code.) Press *3 to begin playback.
2. The system will prompt you to enter the "Conference File Number" Enter the number used to "name" your conference. Playback will begin.

NOTE: Accounts using the music-on-hold option will allow playback only by Leaders. Contact Customer Support for additional playback options. Email: support@summitconference.com
